Here are the housing options for students beyond their first year.

Les Savoises – Plainpalais: The New Heart of Webster Geneva

We’re excited to introduce our newest residence at Rue des Savoises 7 in the vibrant Plainpalais district of Geneva. This fully renovated 1946 building combines historical charm with modern comforts, making it an exceptional place to call home.

 

This residence is exclusively for Webster students and offers 40 beds across 3 single studios and 12 apartments, which include two-, three- and four-bedroom options. Les Savoises is equipped with modern amenities, including digital code building access for security, a cozy indoor courtyard and a lounge for socializing or studying.

The residence also features a well-equipped laundry room with two washers and two dryers. With one assistant resident coordinator (ARC) living on site, you'll have the support and community you need right at home.

Les Berges du Rhône – Jonction: City Living with a Webster Twist

Webster Geneva Campus LLC

Situated at Rue des Deux Ponts 2-4 in the Jonction area of Geneva, this residence offers a vibrant urban experience with easy access to the University.

Les Berges provides 48 beds across two floors, exclusively for Webster students, including 10 single studios and several suites accommodating two to four students. This converted industrial building, spread over six floors, is located on the edge of the river Rhône, within walking distance of central Geneva.

This housing location offers a variety of benefits and amenities, including free wireless internet, laundry facilities and convenient access to public transportation (tram, train and bus). You'll find nearby shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, as well as scenic nature walks by the lake, river and countryside.

For your safety, the residence is secured by on-campus security from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., with an additional 24/7 external security service on site. Two assistant resident coordinators (ARCs) live on site, providing support whenever needed. The building also features a laundry room equipped with two washers and two dryers, making daily life more convenient and stress-free.

Riant-Parc – Balexert: A Cozy and Intimate Setting

Riant-Parc residence in the Balexert area is 100% dedicated to Webster students, offering a cozy and close-knit community with eight single bedrooms available.

 

Riant-Parc features a common kitchen and dining room where students can prepare meals and share experiences, fostering a sense of community. The residence also includes a lounge area for relaxation and socialization, and a laundry room equipped with one washer and one dryer.

The Balexert area offers convenient access to shopping centers, public transportation and local amenities, making it a comfortable and practical choice for your university accommodation.

To secure your place in one of these residences, be sure to complete and submit the appropriate housing application forms as soon as possible, following receipt of your admission letter. Availability is highly limited, and rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Application for Off-Campus University Housing

Off-Campus Housing is available for all students except for undergraduate freshmen. To apply please complete the Les Berges Housing Application Form.
