Webster Geneva’s on-campus Living and Learning Center (LLC) accommodates our first-year bachelor and transfer students. The LLC has modern, fully-furnished individual studios (private bath) or suites with two individual rooms (one shared bath for two). The LLC is at the lower-end of campus, just a five-minute walk from the small lakeside town of Bellevue. Trains run to/from Geneva city-center every 15 minutes and the Genthod-Bellevue station is just a three-minute walk from the LLC residences.
All new students joining Webster after high school are required to live on campus for their first year in the Living and Learning Center, where they have convenient access to all campus facilities and services (those who live with immediate family can request a waiver*). This ensures more direct engagement and an integrated learning experience for student transitions to university life. Alongside this, those living in the LLC are required to take our room and board plan which gives a set amount of credit in the on-campus restaurant, and gives peace of mind to parents that healthy good quality meals will be available.
Students residing at the LLC are provided with a safe and comfortable living and learning environment, with on-site fitness center, laundry facilities, elevator service, TV room/lounge with games and a snack bar. Two LLC Assistant Resident Coordinators (ARCs) are available at the LLC for student support and assistance along with a night security guard. Parking is available on campus for a fee. The LLC is a smoke-free student residence.
The LLC residents enjoy beautiful views of Lake Leman and the Alps and have access to a public beach area in Bellevue, only a short walk from the campus. There are five restaurants, a pharmacy, grocery shops, a travel agency and a bank offering ATM and change facilities.

*Exemptions to the on-campus residency requirement can be requested by filling out a Exemption Form if parents or legal guardians are local Swiss Residence Permit holders and the family lives within a reasonable commute to campus.

Room Charges
Rooms are allocated on a first-request basis through the housing form (provided after admission). A housing deposit of CHF 1,000 guarantees your booking on campus (the deposit is refundable).
The rent applies to all units offered at the LLC (single studios and two bedroom studios). Full-time students enroll in Fall and Spring semesters; there are pro-rated amounts for those who join in October or March (mid-semester). The prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Board Costs
All first-year undergraduate students living at LLC are required to purchase a meal plan for their first two semesters at Webster, to be used in our on-campus restaurant. This plan ensures that students have easy (pre-paid) access to healthy and nutritious food, professionally prepared, and benefits from a 10% discount offered through our partnership with Adalia, a non-profit foundation.
