First-Year Freshmen
All first-year Freshmen students are required to live in Webster housing. Priority is given to on-campus Living and Learning Center (LLC) in Bellevue on a space-available basis. Webster also houses students in Center-City Geneva at Les Berges du Rhône, which also houses study abroad students, transfer and master students.
Please complete and return the LLC Housing Application Form to us by email at geneva.housing@webster.edu. We will inform you once your housing has been assigned. We invite you to check the Guide for LLC Housing Residents.
If you will be living with immediate family in Geneva, there is a Housing Waiver Form available for an exception.
Transfer and Master Students
You are not required to live in campus-sponsored housing, but you are invited to reserve a room at our residence Les Berges du Rhône (downtown Geneva). Please complete and return the Les Berges Housing Application Form to us. If you prefer to be on campus in the LLC, please reach out to see if there is space available.
Reminder for Non-Swiss, Non-EU International Students
Booking your housing, whether as a bachelor, transfer or master student can be an important way to show the Swiss Consular Office that you are making firm plans to study at Webster Geneva Campus. This can help to ensure a smooth application process for your student visa.
Next Steps
Return the housing application and proof of payment of the requested CHF 1,000 deposit in order to secure a room. This can be sent together with the CHF 1,500 deposit required to secure your enrollment (CHF 2,500 total). See Deposit Document for more information. Please be sure to include your last name and your student ID (from your admission letter) on the bank transfer.
This section will facilitate your arrival to the Webster Geneva Campus. You may be a Freshman (First-Year Bachelor), a transfer student or a Masters student, but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!
